The School of Business and Information Systems (SBI) of the Vocational Training Council (VTC) was established in September 2001 by the VTC to offer a self-financing Higher Diploma programme in "Knowledge, Expertise and Mileage" for graduates of Secondary 5 and Secondary 7 levels.
