The Insurance Complaints Bureau (ICCB) was established on 16 January 2018 to replace the Insurance Claims Complaints Bureau (ICCB) and provide a cost-effective and efficient alternative dispute resolution mechanism dedicated to helping resolve all disputes arising from individual policy contracts. The ICCB is an independent and impartial body established by the insurance industry in Hong Kong to provide consumers with a convenient, efficient and user-friendly one-stop service platform for handling all insurance disputes of a monetary nature.
