Toronto Raptors The Toronto Raptors are a team in the Atlantic Division of the Eastern Conference, founded in 1995 and based at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, the only non-U.S. based team in the NBA. The Toronto Raptors' best result was winning the Eastern Conference Atlantic Division title in 2007.
