The National Science Research Council ( The United States National Research Council (NRC) is an organization that achieves the goals of the National Academy of Sciences and proposed research through various meetings, conducting research, collecting and verifying scientific and technical data and information, and administering government and privately provided research program funds and scholarships. The committee consists of four societies and four specialized committees.
