ChemSpider is an online chemical database that began its trial run in 2007 and was officially released in March 2008, headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. The database records over 35 million molecules. The database contains more than 35 million molecules, with data obtained from 490 sources, including the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes.
