Oneworld Alliance is the most comprehensive and selective international airline alliance, officially established on February 1, 1999, with headquarters initially in Vancouver, Canada, and later relocated to New York. In April 2005, oneworld completed the process of electronic ticket interoperability, becoming the first airline alliance in the world to implement electronic ticket interoperability among its member airlines.
