The Center for Language and Academic Assessment (CELA) is an official agency of the Cultural and Linguistic Cooperation Center of the French Embassy in China. Its mission is to review the diplomas and certificates presented by students wishing to study in France, to test their French or English language skills, and to assess their university qualifications.
