ESCP Europe (Ecole supérieure de commerce de Paris-Ecole des Affaire de Paris) was the first business management school in France, founded in 1819; in 1999 it merged with the European School of Commerce in Paris. In 1999, it merged with the European School of Business in Paris to form the ESCP-EAP European School of Management; in April 2009, it officially changed its name to ESCP Europe, with five campuses in London, Madrid, Turin, Berlin and Paris.
