As an extension of the Botanical Garden in the center of Copenhagen, it is morphologically influenced by the Botanical Garden, with the building resembling a rock formation that echoes the surrounding green landscape. The museum not only introduces the natural environment of Denmark and Scandinavia, but also exhibits natural specimens from all over the world.
