brief introduction

The Danish Museum of Natural History ( The Statens Naturhistoriske Museum, located in Copenhagen, Denmark, was established in January 2004 by merging the Zoological Museum, Geological Museum, Botanical Museum, Central Library and Botanical Garden of Copenhagen, and is now part of the University of Copenhagen.

The Danish Natural History Museum is an artificial mineral landscape. The museum is currently listed as a national museum of Danish natural history. As an extension of the Botanical Garden in the center of Copenhagen, it is morphologically influenced by the Botanical Garden, with the building resembling a rock formation that echoes the surrounding green landscape. The museum not only introduces the natural environment of Denmark and Scandinavia, but also exhibits natural specimens from all over the world.
