The General Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (301 Hospital) was founded in 1953, is a medical, health care, teaching, research in one large modern comprehensive hospital. The hospital is an important health care base for the Central Committee, headquarters and other system units, officers and soldiers of the medical care and the various military regions, military referrals, evacuation of difficult disease diagnosis and treatment tasks. The hospital is also the medical school of the PLA, with postgraduate education as the main focus, and is the only hospital-run unit in the army.
