Koubei is an Internet local life service platform created by Alibaba Group and Ant Financial Services Group, which was officially established on June 23, 2015. The company's "eco-model" is an offline expansion of the platform, which opens up nine interfaces for payment, membership, marketing, credit, and social relationship chains to bring in more system providers and service providers to provide value to offline merchants. The platform covers eight offline scenes, including restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, takeaways, shopping districts, airports, beauty salons and cinemas, in more than 200 cities across China and 12 countries and regions, including Australia, Asia, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
