Vietnam Airlines (Vietnamese: Hàng không Việt Nam, English: Vietnam Airlines), also known as Vietnam National Airlines, is a member of Vietnam's largest airline, Vietnam Airlines General Corporation. Its predecessor was the Vietnam Civil Aviation Authority established in 1956, and Vietnam Airlines was officially established in 1996.
