The British Labour Party (Labour Party) is a left-wing party of the British bourgeoisie, and one of the two main political parties in Britain (the other one is), established on February 27, 1900, initially called the Labour Representation Committee; in 1906, the name was changed to Labour Party. The Labour Party is a coalition of trade unions, cooperative organizations and socialist groups, and has been in power since 1997.
