Decanter, a wine magazine published by IPC Media in the UK, was launched in 1975 and focuses on red, white and other spirits from around the world and analyses the wine market from the consumer's point of view. In 2004, the magazine also established the Decanter World Wine Awards, the world's most influential wine competition.
