The Conservatorio Giuseppe Nicolini di Piacenza, Italy's leading music school, was founded in 1865 and offers three years of undergraduate and two years of postgraduate professional studies. In 2006, the Conservatorio Giuseppe Nicolini established the Nicolini Gospel Choir, which has become the largest national choir in Italy to date.
