Dunedin Hospital is currently the main public hospital in Dunedin, the largest hospital in the south of Christchurch and the main hospital in the Otago region, founded in 1851 and located in the central business district of Dunedin, New Zealand, serving nearly 300,000 residents. The hospital is currently managed by the Southern District Health Board and has 3100 staff and 388 beds.
