The Publishers and Booksellers Association Of Thailand (The The Publishers and Booksellers Association Of Thailand (PUBAT), founded in 1959, is a member of the International Publishers Association (IPA) and represents Thai publishers in international organizations.

The Publishers and Booksellers Association of Thailand (PUBAT) is responsible for working with related organizations to promote the development of local books. The Association's mission is to promote the publication and sale of local books together with related organizations; to provide a platform for the exchange of information and experience within the industry; to provide consultation services for domestic publishers to develop international markets; and to represent the interests of domestic publishers in government and domestic and foreign industry organizations. The Association carries out various activities to promote national reading, conducts industry surveys, publishes statistics and reports, and organizes domestic publishers to participate in domestic and international book fairs.

PUBAT is the organizer of the Bangkok International Book fair and the National Book Fair of Thailand. Bangkok International Book Fair is held at the end of March every year in the capital of Thailand, Bangkok, Sirikit National Convention Center, for 5 days. At the same time, there is also a 13-day National Book Fair of Thailand. Bangkok International Book Fair and the National Book Fair is the largest and most important book fair in Thailand, book fair copyright transactions and book sales are also important. The Bangkok International Book Fair was started in 2003, and the National Book Fair was founded in 1973.
