The Thai Embassy in China is located on the 15th floor of the West Tower of the Gemini Building, No. 12 Jianguomenwai Avenue, Beijing, China, providing information and services related to Thai visas, cultural exchanges, tourism, etc. Currently, in addition to the Embassy in Beijing, Thailand has nine consulates general in China, making China the country with the largest number of Thai embassies and consulates abroad. 2015 is the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand. Although the official establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand is only 40 years old, the two countries have had a long history of interaction for more than a thousand years, which has led to close ties between the two peoples in terms of blood, culture and customs.
