Flying Bird Air (Chinese also known as Thai Royal Bird Air) is a low-cost airline invested by Thai Airways International, "Nok" (นก) in the Thai language is the meaning of 'flying bird', so sometimes also commonly translated as Flying Bird Air or Thai Bird Airlines. It is the third low-cost airline to be established in Thailand, and THAI owns 39% of Nok Air. It mainly flies Bangkok-centered domestic routes in Thailand, and its fares are about 30% cheaper than THAI.
