brief introduction

The Royal University College of Fine Arts (KKH) was founded in 1735 and is now the oldest art school in Sweden. The Royal Swedish Academy of Fine Arts offers courses in art at the junior and senior levels, as well as courses in architecture at the senior level. Although the Royal Swedish Academy of Fine Arts is relatively small in scale, with an annual enrollment of about 20 students, it is surrounded by relatively complete cultural facilities, with the Museum of Modern Art, the Museum of Modern Architecture, and the Far Eastern Museum of Art very close by, as well as venues for film, dance, and other creative works and performances. The Royal Swedish Academy of Fine Arts is a pure art school, with studios for painting, sculpture, film, metal, woodworking, ceramics, and glazing. The Royal Swedish Academy of Fine Arts mainly cultivates undergraduate professional artists and has a small number of master students. The Swedish Academy of Integrated Design Art is a comprehensive design school, which also has a pure art department.
