Karolinska Institutet is a prestigious Swedish medical school. Founded in 1810, the school is located in Stockholm, northern Sweden. Stockholm is the capital of Sweden and the largest city in the country. It is located at the confluence of the Baltic Sea and Lake Mälaren.
