Kikkoman Corporation (キッコーマン Co., Ltd., Kikkoman Corporation) is a food company in Japan. It was established in 1917 and is headquartered in Noda City, Chiba Prefecture. It mainly produces soy sauce (manji), seasoning, spices, shochu, fruit juice, medicine, etc., and also provides restaurant management services.
