Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. is a famous Japanese luxury real estate developer, originated from the Mitsui family founder Takato Mitsui opened in 1673 in Nihonbashi Echigo House clothing store, real estate division was created in 1914; in 1941 became a separate entity. Mitsui Real Estate Co., Ltd. was officially established and is wholly owned by the Mitsui family.
