Kyoto University of Technology and Fiber (Kyoto Institute of Technology) is a national university in Japan, founded in 1899, located in Kyoto City, Sakyo District, Japan, "fiber three universities" one (the other two are, Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology). In the 2015 QS Asian University Rankings, Kyoto University of Technology and Fiber ranked 171-180th.
