Yamaguchi University (English name. Yamaguchi University), is a national university located in Yamaguchi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan. The predecessor of the university is Yamaguchi lecture hall established by Yamaguchi clan priest Ueda Toyo in 1815, and the university education was opened in 1949. The faculty includes the departments of Humanities, Economics, Education, Science and Technology, Medicine, Agriculture, and Technology and Management.
