Malaysia Web Design Awards ( Malaysia Website Awards is an Internet design competition organized by Exabytes Group, co-organized by Invest Penang, a non-profit organization of the Penang State Government, and co-sponsored by MYNIC Berhad and MOLPay Sdn Bhd, among others.

The MWA Awards are to recognize and reward the best local web developers for their outstanding performance. The MWA 2016 organizers receive over 400 entries each month, and the competition is fierce, doubling the number of entries each month from 2015.

The 2016 MWA Web Design Competition attracted many web workers from all over the country to participate. It was divided into three categories: business, personal, and e-commerce, with entries from a wide variety of websites in the banking, television, automotive, commercial brand, and food and beverage industries, among others, participating in these three categories. The organizers evaluate the competition once a month.

After a detailed evaluation by a panel of five professionals in the web and electronic industry, a winner will be crowned for each category each month. Then, the champion of each group of 12 months in a whole year will be selected among the highest rated champions, and will be awarded the highest honor of the 2016 National Champion of the All Malaysia Web Design Competition.
