Badminton World Federation (BWF) BWF is an international governing body for the sport of badminton, founded in 1934 and headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with 163 official member associations. The mission of the BWF is to popularize and develop the sport of badminton worldwide and to strengthen the ties between national badminton associations. Uber Cup (women), World Badminton Championships, Olympic Badminton Tournament and so on. The Toms Cup, Uber Cup and the Olympic Badminton Tournament all require qualifiers by region first, and the winners participate in the final stage of the tournament.

The purpose of the AFC is: to promote the development of soccer in Asia; to promote friendship between the Asian soccer community; to organize soccer competitions in Asia in accordance with the rules and regulations of the International Federation of Association Football.

Badminton Association of Asia

Badminton Asia Confederation (BAF) is the governing body of badminton in Asia, under the umbrella of Badminton World Federation (BWF), established in 1959 and headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It aims to promote the standard of badminton in the Asian region. In 1974, the China Badminton Association joined the BWF.
