CIMB Bank, the second largest bank in Malaysia, is headed by Nazir Razak, the brother of Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak. Its famous subsidiary, CIMB, is the leading investment and securities bank in the country, and in April 2012, it formally acquired the Asian investment banking business.
