Hrvatska postanska banka, founded in 1991 and headquartered in Zagreb, is the largest Croatian state-owned bank with total assets of EUR 2.3 billion. The Croatian government became the largest shareholder after 2001. The Croatian Postbank also has securities for sale on the Zagreb Stock Market.
