The Economic Community of Central African States ( Communauté Economique des Etats d'Afrique Centrale (abbreviated as CEEAC) is a regional economic organization in Africa, founded in 1983, with its secretariat in Libreville, Gabon, and its members including Angola, Cameroon, Central Africa, Chad, Rwanda, etc. It aims to promote and strengthen coordination, cooperation and balanced development among its member countries and maintain economic stability.
