Upper Canada Mall Mall is a major shopping center located in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada. It is part of the Oxford Properties Group and is one of the largest shopping center developers in Canada.

The Mall at Upper Canada was built in 1973 and opened the following year. The mall was built in 1973 and opened the following year with approximately 204 stores, 80,000 square metres of retail space, revenues of $657 per square foot, and 7.8 million annual visitors. The Upper Canada Mall was expanded twice in 2007 and 2008, adding new H&M, MAC and other brand stores, making it one of the largest malls in Canada.
