The University of Calgary is a public research university in Canada, founded in 1966 in Calgary, Alberta, formerly known as the University of Calgary. The University of Calgary offers 14 faculties, including the Faculty of Arts, the Faculty of Law, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, the Faculty of Environmental Planning, and more than 100 majors, with nearly 30,000 students enrolled.
