(ING) is an integrated financial ING is an integrated financial group formed in 1991 by the merger of ABN AMRO National Life Insurance Company and the Dutch Postbank Group. The Group has four management and operational cores under the Board of Directors: the Dutch headquarters, the International Finance and Financial Services Division, the Corporate and Capital Markets Division, and the Asset Management Division.

ING International Group is responsible for all insurance and banking activities in the Dutch domestic market. ING International is responsible for all insurance and banking activities in the Dutch market. International Financial Services: All international insurance, retail banking and commercial banking operations outside the Netherlands are managed from this center. Its insurance business is divided into three regions: Europe and Latin America, North America, and Asia and Australia. Banking operations are managed centrally by the Center.

Corporate and Capital Markets: All international currency and capital markets management departments are managed by this department. This includes the international banking network and all aspects of financial products, trading, sales, investment banking, corporate banking, risk management and research.

Asset Management Division: This division undertakes asset and account management for corporate investors, the provision of personal international banking services and asset management for the Group's insurance business. The real estate business and the trust business are also managed by this department. The division also manages the investment funds of the companies in the ABN AMRO Group.
