Woorifg:Korea Yuri Financial Woorifg was the first financial holding company established in Korea. It was established by the government's capital injection through the transfer of shares and the merger of five banks, including Han Kwang Bank (Woori Bank), Peace Bank (now Woori Credit Card Corporation), Kyungnam Bank, Gwangju Bank, and Hanaro General Finance (now Woori General Finance Corporation).
