Hanseo University, a private comprehensive university in Korea, was established in 1992, with six departments, including the College of Arts and Social Sciences, the College of Science and Technology, the College of Aviation, the Department of Arts, and the Department of Health Sciences, with major majors in English, Chinese Studies, Japanese Studies, Cultural and Creative Arts, Elderly Welfare, and Child and Youth Welfare, and was accredited by the Chinese Ministry of Education.
