CHOSUN UNIVERSITY (조선대학교) is a comprehensive university in Korea, founded in 1946 and located in Gwangju. At that time, there were 4 departments and 12 disciplines, in November 1946 the name was changed to Chosun University College, in 1948 the establishment of a consortium corporate Chosun College and renamed Chosun University, in 1953 to become a comprehensive university.
