Jun Ji Hyun (English: Jun Ji Hyun; Korean: 전지현) is a popular Korean actress born in Seoul on October 30, 1981; she started her career in the modeling industry in 1997; in 1999, she won the Best New Actress Award in the film category of the Baek Si Art Awards for her role in the movie "White Valentine"; in 2001, she won the Best New Actress Award in the film category of the Baek Si Art Awards. In 2001, with "My Sassy Girlfriend" won the Best Actress Award at the Korean Film Awards and became a top Korean actress; in 2013, she returned to star in a TV drama and won the highest award at the 50th Paek Si Art Awards, again reaching the top of her career.
