Nokia Networks (formerly Nokia Siemens Networks) is a Finnish telecommunications solutions provider founded in 2007 by the merger of the former Siemens Communications Group and Nokia Networks Group, which acquired its shares in 2013 and changed its name to Nokia Networks.
