Savonia-ammattikorkeakoulu, the largest polytechnic in eastern Finland, was founded in 1992 and is accredited by the Chinese Ministry of Education, with three campuses located in Kuopio, Isalmi and Varkos. The main specialties include international marketing, international business management, information technology engineering, mechanical engineering and product technology.
