The Volga State Institute of Telecommunications and Information (Samara) is one of the four most prestigious scientific and expert training centers in Russia, formerly known as the Gubishev Institute of Electronic Communications, founded in 1956, with well-known specialties in the fields of telecommunications, radio engineering, computer science and economics.
