Orenburg State University (Оренбургский государственный университет) is a leading Russian university, founded in 1971 and renamed in 1994 with university status, is a center of higher education, research and culture in the Orenburg region, recognized by the Chinese Ministry of Education. Recognized by the Ministry of Education of China, the university provides education at the bachelor's, specialist, master's, associate's and doctoral levels.
