Moscow Museum of Modern Art ( Моск овский музей современного искусства ) is the first Russian state museum to display 20th and 21st century art collections, founded by Zurab Tsereteli, the director of the Russian Academy of Arts, who himself owns a private collection of over 2,000 20th century art masters, all of which are displayed in the museum.

The museum is dedicated to the development of diverse behavioral visual exhibitions, rich artistic and cultural publications, and extensive educational programs. Each year, the museum also arranges international art festivals, exhibitions of works by renowned artists, and retrospective exhibitions of art careers.
