Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Dorma Group, founded in June 1998 and officially put into production in August 1998. At the beginning of production, we rented 500 square meters of unit area in the new Suzhou industrial factory in the park and started to produce door control hardware products, including door closers, floor springs and glass door accessories.

The current factory is located at No. 101 Tong Sheng Road, Industrial Park, with an area of over 7,400 square meters and an actual factory floor area of nearly 5,000 square meters. Dorma's Suzhou factory now produces door closers, floor springs, door hardware, automatic door series products and movable acoustic partition products.

The first products produced by the company were two-way hinges and slotted screws for doors. From the very beginning, the two founders adopted the highest quality standards for their products, and the principle "to provide the best quality at a good price and never let our customers down" has been a business philosophy that the company has maintained and reinforced every day. The brand trademark DORMA - the initials of the two founders' surnames - was registered in the German Patent Office in 1927.
