Deutsche Postbank AG is a German bank, which was separated from Deutsche Post by the second Deutsche Post reform in 1989 and became an independent joint stock company. Its focus is on savings and retail business, but in 1999 it was bought by Deutsche Post and became a subsidiary of Deutsche Post.
