Warszawski Festiwal Filmowy is one of the most important film festivals in Central and Eastern Europe, founded in 1985 by the Warsaw Film Club "Hybrydy" and certified in 2009 by the International Film Producers' Association as one of the 14 international competitive film festivals in category A.
