brief introduction

AppCod:App Store Predictive keyword search tool is a platform tool for mobile applications in the application optimization ranking, keyword search great help for developers to provide the best search keywords.

ASO (App Store Optimization) plays a vital role in application optimization ranking and keyword search. In a variety of applications occupy half of the mobile Internet, ASO has gradually become an important marketing tool for application developers.

A three-person startup team from Warsaw, Poland AppCod.es has just launched their ASO tool. The tool has two main functions: the first is to predict and analyze keywords for developers' apps and similar apps, and the second is to predict the ranking of apps in stores, including the iTunes App Store, Google Play and other app stores, by keywords.

Tomasz Kolinko, co-founder of AppCod.es, said, "Traditionally, developers have to submit some keywords themselves when they launch a new app, and it usually takes one to two weeks for the approval process. After the approval, it takes another day or two for the developer to see if the keywords are working or not." With AppCod.es, developers can see the effect of these keywords in just a few seconds, without having to wait weeks.

By entering the application name, keywords and other information, the system can automatically calculate the percentage of search rankings. The larger the percentage, the higher the search for the name or keyword the application will be. In addition, the ASO tool can also list the keywords of other software to provide similar reference for developers.

The database used by AppCod.es is not the official data of iTunes or Google, but a set of algorithm developed by AppCod.es itself to analyze and summarize the results of various data in the application market. Currently, there are 45 iOS apps and 150,000 keywords in its database. And according to the demo results of AppCod.es, this set of ASO tools is very promising.

"The devil is in the details" (The devil is in the details). Although AppCod.es has done a good job in some aspects, there are still many areas that need to be improved, such as fuzzy search, algorithm accuracy, data analysis differences between different application stores, and so on. But there is no denying that ASO will become an increasingly important marketing tool, and ASO tools will have a broader market.
