The São Paulo Stock and Futures Exchange (BM&FBOVESPA), the largest stock exchange and futures market in Latin America, was formed by the merger of the Brazilian São Paulo Stock Exchange and the São Paulo Futures Exchange on March 26, 2008, with offices in New York, Shanghai and London. It has offices in New York, Shanghai and London.
