XKB:Australia's New Express is a joint venture between Yangcheng The newspaper was founded in Sydney on June 30, 2004 to serve the Chinese community, reflect the voice of the Chinese people, promote Australia-China exchanges and enhance Australia-China friendship as the purpose of the newspaper.

The Australian New Express readers cover the states of New South Wales, It has become a platform for understanding Australian, Chinese and international current affairs, finance, sports and entertainment news, as well as a link between the Chinese community, Chinese institutions, international students and China, and has been selected by China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines and China International Airlines as the designated newspaper to read on board flights from Sydney to China.

The Australian New Express is published six days a week, with 56 pages in 8 pages from Monday to Friday and 76 pages at weekends, covering Australian, Chinese and international current affairs, finance, sports and entertainment news.
