The North Face is an American outdoor sportswear company that is a subsidiary of Wealthy Company. It was founded in 1968 in San Francisco, California. In addition to apparel and footwear, the company also produces a variety of bags, tents and sleeping bags, as well as other outdoor sports equipment used for climbing, skiing and hiking.
